Move the Needle on Burnout by Going to the Source.
Structured Coaching. Validated Tool. Sustainable Culture Change.
Delivered by Catalyst for Organizations™
A Nervous System Solution for Individual Burnout and Systemic Renewal
Distress Rx™ empowers organizations to shift culture through our 3-Phase Framework:
Identify. Interact. Integrate.
By teaching leaders and staff to Identify patterns of emotional dysregulation, Interact with them using evidence-based tools, and Integrate new regulation strategies into daily practice, organizations move beyond surface-level wellness fixes.
This process creates a resilient workforce that can regulate stress, communicate with clarity, and sustain compassion.
The result? A measurable cultural transformation—improved retention, enhanced patient care, and a healthier organization where individuals thrive and collective well-being becomes the standard.
Let’s Normalize What’s True
Every physician has stress.
Not just those who “can’t cope,” but those who lead, stay late, carry teams, and hold the pulse of entire systems.
And yet, the silence around stress remains—fragmenting teams, widening empathy gaps, and leading clinicians to internalize what is, in fact, systemic.
But stress is not a personal flaw.
It’s a biological signal.
Learning how to respond to it—individually and relationally—can change everything.
When Physicians Learn to Regulate, Teams Start to Thrive
This isn’t just burnout prevention.
It’s the foundation for emotionally intelligent medicine.
When we understand our stress subtype—and how it interacts with others—we co-create environments where:
Boundaries are respected
Feedback is constructive
Conflict is navigated with clarity
Compassion doesn’t cost us everything
Every voice—quiet or assertive, anxious or confident—feels heard
Distress Rx™ equips leaders, educators, and care teams with a shared language for regulation, empathy, and cohesion.
How DistressRx™ Can Help?
Errors. Exhaustion. Turnover.
→ Become Stability. Trust. Executive Function. Retention.
When teams regulate together, they move from surviving to leading with purpose.
Regulate the team. Save lives.
