What do I get with the program?

How long do I have access?
You have full access to the program for one year from your date of enrollment. This gives you ample time to delve into the workouts at your own pace.
What if I want to continue access after 1 year?
We’re thrilled to see your commitment to your fitness journey! If you wish to extend your access beyond the initial year, you’ll have the option to renew your subscription.
What equipment do I need?
Our program is designed to be flexible and accommodating! Every workout can be done without equipment, however, one flat resistance band and one set of dumbbells can be used. For phase 1 workouts, we recommend a sturdy chair for you to sit in.
I am a beginner, is this program for me?
Absolutely! The program is crafted to cater to all fitness levels, from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. Our step-by-step guidance ensures that you can start where you are and progress at a pace that's right for you.
