The FIT Collective® was founded by Dr. Ali Novitsky, MD, a board-certified physician in Obesity Medicine, Pediatrics, and Neonatology, as well as a Master Certified Coach. Dr. Novitsky blends her medical expertise with mindset coaching to support both personal and professional transformation.

The FIT Collective® offers a range of programs designed to support both individuals and healthcare providers:
Transform® – A 12-month CME-accredited coaching program for healthcare providers (72 CME credits).
Nutrition Training & Obesity Prevention – An 8-week CME-accredited course designed to strengthen providers’ ability to guide patients in sustainable nutrition and prevention strategies.
IMPACT Method – A self-development curriculum combining assessments, coaching, and journaling to build resilience, leadership, and accountability.
Beginner Strength Program – An introduction to efficient, progressive strength training tailored for all levels.
Total Fitness Program – A comprehensive program integrating strength, mindset, nutrition, and sustainable fitness strategies.
Private Coaching – One-on-one sessions with Dr. Novitsky for personalized health, fitness, and mindset coaching.

8. How much time do the workouts require?
Our fitness programs are designed to be realistic and accessible. Workouts are typically 10–20 minutes long, 3 times per week, making them easy to maintain even with a busy schedule.
