550 Workouts Later… Here’s What I’ve Learned
Exactly one year ago today, a beautiful idea was born.
It all started when my dear friend, Dr. Diana Pallin, came to me with a challenge: her patients were losing muscle, and traditional strength training wasn’t accessible to them due to mobility limitations.
So, I went to work. I started recording 10-minute strength workouts using just a chair: accessible, simple, and safe. Then I added bodyweight workouts. Then core and floor. Then 30-minute advanced sessions.
And today, I’m celebrating a milestone: 550 recorded workouts in the last 12 months — to the day.
Yes, 550 workouts. (And that doesn’t even include the ones I forgot to record and had to redo! )
Each of these workouts was built with care, science, and heart. And the impact? Well, that’s the part I’m most proud of.
