THE FIT COLLECTIVE®

PHYSICIAN-LED WELLNESS. HUMAN-CENTERED HEALTH.

At The FIT Collective®, we believe health care works best when medicine, movement, mindset, and meaning come together.

Founded by Dr. Ali Novitsky, board-certified physician and Master Certified Coach, The FIT Collective partners with forward-thinking doctors and clinics to bring evidence-based, sustainable wellness programs directly into patient care—without adding burnout, complexity, or fluff.

Together, we are on a mission to work with 100,000 humans in 2026 to build strength, resilience, and long-term health from the inside out.

Our Story

HOW THIS BECAME A MOVEMENT

Eight years ago, I began working with physicians on their own health—helping them build strength, improve metabolism, regulate stress, and learn the skills we were never taught in medical school.

As these doctors evolved, something powerful happened.

They began sharing:

“I want to practice medicine the way I am learning to live.”

They wanted their practice of medicine to prioritize strength and longevity, understand mindset and behavior change, and integrate wellness inside medicine—not outside of it.

Then we realized something even bigger:

If doctors want this kind of care for themselves, and want to practice this way, then our patients will likely want to be cared for this way too.

That’s when The FIT Collective became more than a program—it became a movement in medicine.

And if you’re finding this page, your doctor is likely part of this movement.

For Patients

The Strategic Strength Approach™

Our Guiding Principle for All FIT Collective Strength Training

At The FIT Collective®, we believe strength training becomes profoundly more effective when it is paired with intentional mindset development.

The Strategic Strength Approach™ reflects the philosophy behind every program we create—uniting physical conditioning with cognitive and emotional skills to build strength that lasts.

This is not a rigid formula or mandate for every workout. It is a guiding framework that shapes how we design training experiences that support confidence, resilience, and sustainable health behavior change.

1. Prime the Mind Before the Movement

Many sessions begin with a brief mindset orientation to help participants ground themselves and train with intention. This may include:

A clear intention (strength, presence, energy, consistency)

A self-concept cue (“I am someone who shows up.”)

A simple nervous-system check-in (calm, grounded, ready)

This creates a psychological container where movement feels purposeful rather than pressured.

2. Build Strength With Awareness

During each workout, participants are guided to stay present in their bodies. Mindful strength cues help them:

Notice the difference between discomfort and danger

Shift from outcome-focus to rep-by-rep engagement

Use micro-regulation tools such as breath, pacing, and form

Build capability and self-trust (“This is what strength feels like.”)

3. Leverage the Effort Window for Neuroplasticity

Physical effort creates a natural neuroplastic window—an optimal moment for cognitive reframing.

Within this window, participants often integrate new mindsets such as:

“Effort means my body is adapting.”

“As my muscles get stronger, my mindset strengthens too.”

“I can do challenging things without pushing into burnout.”

4. Reinforce Identity Through Micro-Wins

Small, meaningful wins create powerful identity shifts.

Our programming encourages light self-reflection with prompts like:

What did I learn about myself today?

What did I do well?

How did I show up for my future self?

5. Normalize the Cycle of Growth

Both physical and emotional development follow predictable cycles.

Strength Cycle: Stress → Recovery → Adaptation

Mindset Cycle: Challenge → Reflection → Recalibration

When participants understand these cycles, fluctuations in motivation or performance become expected—not discouraging.

6. Connect Strength Work to Healthspan

We consistently reinforce how strength training supports long-term vitality:

Muscle preservation during weight loss

Improved metabolic health

Stronger bones and connective tissue

Mobility, balance, and fall prevention

Greater emotional resilience

7. Create a Compassion-Led Environment

Our coaching philosophy centers on psychological safety and agency:

Curiosity over criticism

Compassion over comparison

Agency over perfection

Impact

The Strategic Strength Approach™ transforms strength training from a physical task into a complete mind–body framework—supporting stronger muscles, stronger emotional capacity, and a deeper belief in one’s long-term healthspan potential.

Not Just a Fitness App — A Year-Long Total Fitness System

This isn’t another workout subscription you’ll forget about in a month.

It’s a 52-week strategic transformation system designed for people who want a complete upgrade in mind and body—without burnout, obsession, or overwhelm.

You’re not here for random workouts. You’re here for a blueprint.

Just 10 minutes per session, 3 days per week, with built-in mindset tools that stabilize confidence, clarity, and follow-through all year long.

What You’ll Experience Over 52 Weeks

Zero Repeats

Uniquely programmed sessions ensure:

No boredom

No plateaus

Continuous physical and mental engagement

Mindset in Every Single Workout

Every workout includes a mindset topic woven directly into the movement.

You’ll learn to:

Regulate stress

Build emotional resilience

Strengthen your connection to your most capable self

The experience becomes immersive. The minutes fly by. Consistency becomes automatic.

Our Mission

100,000 Humans in 2026. One Collective.

Health is built daily, not annually

Muscle is medicine

Mindset drives outcomes

Doctors change culture when they are supported

One practice at a time. One habit at a time. One human at a time.

Why We Offer This Through Medical Practices

Most people already have access to gyms, apps, and trainers.

That’s not the problem.

The problem is that exercise often becomes another source of stress—especially for women balancing work, family, hormonal changes, body image concerns, and health anxiety.

When stress goes up, consistency goes down.

A medical practice provides a context of safety, trust, and protection—not performance or judgment.

Instead of thinking:

“Can I push myself?”

Participants think:

“This is something my doctor believes is appropriate and supportive for my body right now.”

That framing changes everything.Programs Offered Through Our Medical Partners

When FIT Collective® programs are offered through a medical practice, they are positioned as protective care—not punishment, performance, or pressure.

These programs are designed to meet people where they are physiologically, emotionally, and practically, while still producing meaningful, measurable results.

Below are the core programs our partner practices may offer. Availability varies by practice.

Beginner Strength & Mindset™

The Foundation Program

Beginner Strength & Mindset™ is not just a workout app.
It is a complete, year-long strength and mindset system built to preserve (and often increase) muscle, support weight loss, and create lifelong consistency through strategic minimalism.

This program was originally developed for individuals navigating:

  1. GLP-1–assisted weight loss

  2. Perimenopause and hormonal shifts

  3. Appetite changes

  4. High stress or limited time

But it is effective for any human who wants sustainable strength without rearranging their life.

Program Structure

  1. 10-minute sessions

  2. 3 days per week

  3. Minimal equipment

  4. No decision fatigue

What Makes It Different

  1. Stimulates muscle without overstimulating appetite

  2. Supports metabolism and muscle preservation

  3. Includes a mindset micro-lesson in every workout

  4. Designed to reduce stress, not add to it

The Three-Level Strength Path

  1. Level 1 — Foundation: Form, activation, confidence

  2. Level 2 — Strength Expansion: Load, tension, muscle quality

  3. Level 3 — Progressive Advancement: Efficiency, power, longevity-based strength

Clinically Observed Outcomes

  1. Muscle preserved or gained (even during weight loss)

  2. Stable appetite

  3. Improved metabolic resilience

  4. Improved emotional regulation

  5. Long-term consistency

This is the program for people who feel like fitness has never been realistic for their life—until now.

Total Strength & Mindset™

Expanded Support for Strength, Mobility, and Regulation

Total Strength & Mindset™ includes everything in Beginner Strength & Mindset™, with expanded options for individuals who want additional depth, variety, and support.

This program is ideal for patients who:

  1. Want longer sessions some days

  2. Are rebuilding after weight loss

  3. Are managing pelvic floor or core concerns

  4. Want integrated recovery and nervous system regulation

Includes

  1. 10-, 20-, and 30-minute strength sessions

  2. Core and pelvic floor programming

  3. Yoga flow series for mobility and recovery

  4. Guided meditation series for nervous system regulation

Total Strength & Mindset™ allows patients to progress without pressure, choosing the level of intensity that fits their season of life.

Kid’s Strength & Mindset

Strength, Confidence, and Resilience—Built Early

Kid’s Strength & Mindset 12™ is a year-long program designed to help kids build physical confidence, emotional resilience, and trust in their bodies.

This program focuses on mastery—not intensity.

Program Philosophy
Most kids’ programs chase more: more exercises, more intensity, more pressure.
Kid’s Strength & Mindset 12™ focuses on:

  1. Safety

  2. Repetition

  3. Confidence that lasts

The Structure

  1. 12 foundational movement patterns

  2. One simple mindset system

  3. 52 weeks of gradual progression

Instead of hundreds of exercises, kids repeat and refine the same movements over time—learning how to control their bodies better each week.

What Kids Learn

  1. How their bodies move

  2. How to handle challenge

  3. How to stay present

  4. How to respond instead of quitting

This builds resilience from the inside out—physically and emotionally.

Transform® (CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR Physician TRAINING).
