About Ali Novitsky, MD

Ali Novitsky, MD is the CEO and founder of The FIT Collective®, www.thefitcollective.com.  She is Triple Board Certified in Obesity Medicine, Pediatrics, and Neonatology. She is also a Certified Master Coach, Nutrition and Fitness Expert, International Speaker and Fitness Trainer, Blogger, and Host of the podcast “Metabolism, Muscles, and Mindset.”

Dr. Ali attended Temple University School of Medicine and completed her Pediatric residency and Neonatal Fellowship at Thomas Jefferson/AI duPont Hospital for Children.  She completed her coach training at The Life Coach School and her master coach training at The Coach Firm.

Ali helps adults achieve optimal health by optimizing their unique potential with simple strategies backed by science. Ali also offers CME coaching programs designed for nurses and women physicians. Her programs are ever-evolving and currently include: Beginner and Advanced Strength Training, Transform® (72-CME), and Nutrition Training (48-CME).

Dr. Ali has a trademarked nutrition program called Mindful Macros® where she combines an intuitive and gentle nutrition approach to achieve optimal health results. Ali is married to her med school sweetheart, Mark, who is a Board Certified Psychiatrist and co-founder of The Fit Collective®. Together, they leverage neuroscience to help their clients achieve sustainable health results.
