Deep Dive: Assertive, Isolation, Control Distress Practice Gap: Many cannot distinguish between Assertive, Isolation, and Control distress patterns, limiting precision in burnout prevention strategies. Deep Dive: Validation, Catastrophizing, Impulsivity Distress Practice Gap: People-pleasing, worst-case thinking, and impulsivity are often misinterpreted as flaws rather than stress subtype responses, hindering proper support. Regulated Supporting Stressed Matrix Practice Gap: Leaders often lack methods to stabilize stressed peers without enabling maladaptive coping. Lenses 5–8: Relationships, Body, Story, Emotions Practice Gap: Providers often miss somatic and relational cues, overlooking narrative and emotional regulation tools. Lenses 9–12: Grief, Temperament, Boundaries, Anticipation Practice Gap: Overlooked drivers like grief, boundary collapse, and anticipatory anxiety reduce resilience.
