Each day will focus on a key pillar of transformation — Mindset, Nutrition, and Exercise. We’ll start with intentional movement, followed by structured mastermind teaching, and then layer in powerful group and 1:1 coaching to create an experience like never before. It is going to be so powerful and completely custom to the group that shows up because some of it I am creating in real time based on what comes up in group coaching. Here’s how each day flows; please see times below. Thursday Evening: Happy hour Welcome and Dinner. (5:30-6:30pm) with Dinner to Follow. 🌅 Morning Movement to Energize & Align • Day 1 & 2: Strength-focused Ali workouts to activate mind and body. • Day 3: Meghan’s Yoga Flow to set the tone for our final day. 💡 Mastermind Sessions & Coaching Breakthroughs ✨ Day 1: Mindset 1️⃣ Topic Deep Dive – Ali leads a powerful discussion to set the foundation. (9-10am) 2️⃣ Group Coaching Panel – Kristi, Sara, and Ashley coach through real-time challenges. (10-11am) 3️⃣ Custom Integration & 1:1 Coaching – Ali curates the next session based on what emerges in group coaching. 1:1 shoulder-tap coaching available with Daisy, Bridget, and Katie during this hour. (11-12pm) 12pm Lunch & A day for you!!! We will all meet as a group for dinner. ✨ Day 2: Nutrition 1️⃣ Topic Deep Dive – Ali reframes nutrition through a mindful, practical lens. (9am-10am) 2️⃣ Group Coaching Panel – Daisy, Kristi, and Bridget guide powerful conversations. (10am-11am) 3️⃣ Custom Integration & 1:1 Coaching – Ali tailors the session based on coaching insights. 1:1 shoulder-tap coaching available with Ashley, Sara, and Katie. (11am-12pm) 12pm Lunch & A day for you!!! We will all meet as a group for dinner. ✨ Day 3: Exercise 1️⃣ Topic Deep Dive – Ali teaches about strength, metabolism, and movement for life. (9-10am) 2️⃣ Group Coaching on Barriers – Ashley, Sara, and Katie facilitate real-time breakthroughs. (10-11am) 3️⃣ Custom Integration & 1:1 Coaching – Ali ties it all together for a closing session. 1:1 shoulder-tap coaching available with Kristi, Bridget, and Daisy. (11-12pm) 12pm Lunch & Departure.
