Your Comeback Belief
Hi everyone,
I was having a conversation with my younger daughter this week, and I want to share something I said to her — because it felt like one of those reminders we all need from time to time.
When things get hard, you have to have your go-to belief.
I explained that when uncertainty hits and disappointment feels inevitable, I need to know how I’m going to come back. Not if — but how.
So I have a saying:
If there were an Olympics for not giving up, I would be there.
Because no matter how hard things get… no matter how uncertain the path feels… I will not give up on myself.
It’s never too late to:
Learn a new skill
Run a marathon
Become a great soccer player
Connect at a deeper level
Admit you were wrong — and grow from it
It all comes down to this belief:
The journey is the gift. The destination is simply a plateau… until you begin again.
Every day, we’re faced with a choice:
Growth or familiarity.
We know which one feels easier in the moment…
But is it really?
I invite you to create your own comeback statement — your belief that anchors you when things feel uncertain.
What is the sentence you come back to when life gets hard?
With so much love,
Ali
