When Growth Changes What You See
When you choose growth, something subtle but powerful happens: you start to see things you didn’t before.
Sometimes what you see brings deep relief and clarity — oh, I’m so glad I know this now.
And other times, you see things you can’t unsee.
Nothing has gone wrong.
These are simply observations. Information. Data for the soul. They help us recognize what’s truly working — and what it might be time to gently release.
Change can feel scary because it’s wrapped in the unknown. And when the ground feels slippery, when certainty dissolves, the question becomes: what do we hold onto when we need massive grounding, but nothing feels solid?
Lately, I’ve been meeting up with the future version of me.
She’s calm. She’s steady. And she keeps whispering the same thing: just lean in.
The more I lean in — into the discomfort, into the curiosity, into what’s unfolding — the more things naturally evolve exactly as they’re meant to. No forcing. No rushing. Just allowing.
It’s also during these moments that I notice how deeply I crave being home. With my family. With my people. With the places and rhythms that feel like safety.
And maybe that’s part of the grounding, too; remembering where and with whom we feel most like ourselves.
Sending you so much love as you embrace what you’re noticing, discover what’s changing, and honor who you are and what you need in this season.
You’re doing this beautifully.
Wishing you an incredible week,
Ali
